Terms of Service for MyHabits

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the MyHabits mobile application ("App"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of the App

You may use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You agree not to misuse the App or attempt to interfere with its functionality.

2. No Account Required

The App does not require account creation. All data is stored locally on your device.

3. Purchases and Subscriptions

The App may offer paid features ("Pro version") available through:

• One-time purchase (lifetime access)
• Monthly subscription

Payments are processed through Google Play and managed via RevenueCat.

By purchasing, you agree to:

• Pay all applicable fees
• Subscription renewals unless canceled via Google Play

We do not handle billing directly. Refunds and cancellations are subject to Google Play policies.

4. Data Storage

All user data is stored locally on your device. We are not responsible for any data loss caused by device issues, app removal, or other external factors.

5. Notifications

The App may request permission to send notifications. You can enable or disable notifications at any time in your device settings.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the App.

8. Changes to the App

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the App at any time without notice.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland.
